Terms and conditions

1. The Cashback offer is open to purchasers of selected Rexel Mercury confetti-cut shredders aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their families of the promoter, its agents, distributors or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. The offer is valid from 01.09.09 and closing date for receipt of applications is 31.03.10.
3. This offer is only available on Rexel Mercury models which carry the official Rexel Cashback sticker in the following countries : UK, Eire, Middle East, Africa.
4. To claim your £30 Cashback, go to www.rexeleurope.com/cash and fill in the online claim form, ensuring that all fields are corrected completed and confirmation of the required proofs of purchase is given. Then print the form, sign it and mail it with correct proofs of purchase to the appropriate territory address shown on this website.
5. To qualify for Cashback the consumer must mail in the following proofs of purchase with the claim form – front of Cashback Sticker cut from product packaging, photocopy of dated purchase invoice and note of product serial number.
6. All claims must be received within 30 days of the date of the original Rexel Mercury purchase, as shown on the copy invoice.
7. Only one claim per purchaser can be accepted. No bulk or third party applications will be allowed.
8. All payments will be made to the recipient’s PayPal account, within 28 days of receipt of the claim.
9. Alternatively the purchaser can opt to donate their Cashback to UNICEF UK, registered charity number 1072612. All donations will be forwarded to the charity by Acco Brands Europe at the end of the promotion (31.03.10).
10. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
11. No responsibility is accepted for applications lost or delayed in the post. Proof of posting cannot be accepted as proof of delivery.
12. Insofar as permitted by law, the promoter takes no responsibility for loss of items, accidents, injuries or other consequences that are in any way associated with the promotion.
13. UK law and codes apply to this promotion which is being organised from London. This promotion is void where prohibited by local law.
